The Rev. Leonardo “Leo” V. Wilborn was recently installed as interim pastor of Crenshaw United Methodist church, located at 3740 Don Felipe Drive in Los Angeles.

Previously Rev. Wilborn served as associate pastor of worship & evangelism at Holman United Methodist Church. In his new assignment he will lead the Baldwin Hills congregation that has served the community for more than 60 years.

Excited about his appointment the Rev. Wilborn said, “My wife, the Rev. Dr. Kathey M. Wilborn, and I look forward to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and all are welcome to join the celebration”.

Sunday morning worship begins at 10:50 am with praise music by the Crenshaw Adult Choir.

During the season of Lent, the Rev. Wilborn will conduct special Bible Studies each Wednesday at 11 am and 6:30 pm. The theme is “Call Him Savior” based on the Lenten resource developed by John Gooch.
